Mayor, Governor, Comptroller William Donald Schaefer passed away yesterday.  Baltimore physically looks the way it does because of the “can do” Mayor.  He was loved by many.  Hundreds of Lite FM listeners called in this morning to share their Mayor Schaefer story.  It’s funny.  They all say the same thing…he was a regular guy…our guy.
