If only we could all be so lucky as to have a possessive boyfriend as hot as Spencer Hill in Avril’s What The Hell video!  Possibly my absolute favorite in this lusty list, Hill has the kind of eyes that you could just stare into for days and nights on end.

The Kansas born actor, who in 2003 was named one of Cosmo’s 50 most eligible bachelors,  has had several small film roles, but to date nothing big.  Please!  Give this stud a TV show!  I want to see Spencer Hill every week!  For now I’ll just have to be content with him in the video and the movie Circle of Eight.
