The trick is to not eat every other day. To me, it doesn’t sound too healthy. But scientists say it’s all about insulin production. On the days you don’t eat, you produce less insulin. On the days you eat, especially high in carbs, you produce more insulin which is bad for your heart, produces weight gain, and reduces brain function.
