There is stress everywhere, right? Some stresses include work, schedules, kids, and of course, money. But there are some sources of stress that you may not realize that they are creating stress for you. There’s good news. They are easy to eliminate!!

Here are a couple of things that might be stressing you out that you don’t realize. Getting a handle on them can help you through your day.
Your pet. A pet that wakes you up disrupts your sleep which adds stress to your body. That disruption continues if your pet is chewing furniture and going to the bathroom everywhere. Tip #1 get a handle on your pet to relieve your stress.
Your bedroom. Keep your room clean and clutter free. It is your place of relaxation. If there is stuff everywhere, you can’t relax.
Facebook. Constantly logging in and seeing what your friends post can be stressing.
Lighting in your home…especially the bathroom. How you see yourself can affect your stress level. Fluorescent lighting shows wrinkles and does nothing for your skin tone. So, use warm lighting, especially in the bathroom.
