One of my favorite places in Maryland, Chesapeake City,  is celebrating the holidays with their first ever Winterfest.  Until January 12, see the magic of Christmas, Light Up the Historic Canal. Hundreds of lights will shine along the canal and in town.  You will see Santa every Saturday until Christmas.  There is an outside concert of holiday music.  Shop, dine and be merry!  I have included a photo gallery of the quaint town.  This Cecil County treasure dates back to the 1800′s.  Enjoy your visit on this website.  Check out their website for more info: www.chesapeakecity.com
