The 63 year old Milford Mill Swim Club was sold at auction on Thursday for $775,000 to a man who plans to build a mosque on the 19-acre site. Do remember which Baltimore movies had the pool featured in the films?
The swim club was a backdrop for John Waters’ “Cry Baby” movie. Baltimore filmaker Barry Levison used it in his flick, “Liberty Heights”.
